OPS technicians are ready to provide recharge services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can typically have your system back in full operation within 24 hours of the system discharge.
3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid
The SEVO® CAPS (Clean Agent Pumping System) Fill/Recharge Station is an easy to use, highly portable pumping and pressurization system. This closed filling operation provides a SEVO approved method for filling and pressurization.
This system eliminates the need to remove agent storage cylinders requiring service by providing the user with a lightweight, tray mounted pump that can be taken into the field. All Components are housed in a durable rolling case for ease of transportation from site to site.
RECHARGING SYSTEM FOR FIRE EXTINGUISHING AGENT REDUCES STOPOVER TIME
Each fire extinguishing gas system must be inspected at regular intervals. The cylinders are checked for pressure and/or filling ratio. After all, leakages can cause the cylinders to lose pressure or gas. If required, the cylinders are recharged and re-pressurised. This is of course also necessary if the fire extinguishing gas system has been (accidentally) activated. Fire extinguishing gas cylinders must also be subjected to a periodic pressure test. In order to carry out these pressure tests the cylinders need to be emptied and refilled.
